Privacy Policy

We only access workout data from your Hevy account that is necessary to sync with Google Sheets™. This data is not stored on our servers. When you authorize our application through Google OAuth™, we request only the minimum necessary permissions to write to your Google Sheets™.

Your workout data is only used to populate and update your Google Sheets™ spreadsheet. We do not analyze, sell, or share your data with any third parties. The data flow is direct between Hevy's servers and your Google Sheets™ document.

We maintain a minimal data retention policy:

• We do not store any Google user data on our servers
• Your Google account information is only used for authentication
• Data is only processed in-memory during the sync operation
• No logs or backups containing user data are maintained

You can delete your data at any time by:

• Revoking access to the Hevy Tracker application in your Google Account Settings
• Deleting the Google Sheets™ document containing your workout data
• Contacting us to confirm complete removal of any associated data

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your API key and ensure secure data transmission between Hevy's servers and Google Sheets™. All data transfers are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.

You have full control over your data. You can revoke access to the addon at any time through your Google account settings. This will immediately stop all data syncing and remove our access to your Google Sheets.

We may update this privacy policy as needed to comply with relevant regulations and reflect any changes to our data practices. Users will be notified of significant changes.
